Mountain Lamp Weekly Schedule
Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon, Wed and Thursday
- 6am-8am - (6:30 - 8:30 in winter) Sitting Meditation
- 8am-9am - (8:30 in winter) Breakfast
- 9am-12:30pm- Work Meditation
- 1pm-2pm Lunch
- 2pm- Personal Time/Study
- 5pm-6:30pm- Sitting Meditation
- 6:30pm- Dinner
Tuesday is Lazy Day so there will not be anyone here to greet you on this day and there are no arrivals on Mondays and Tuesdays. Once a week there is evening study with a teacher.
Guests who visit us overnight will enjoy practicing with us in this full schedule.
Mountain Lamp Retreat Fees
- $55/day for less than 5 days ($45/day for Circle of Friends)
- $350/one week ($50/day) ($40/day for Circle of Friends)
- $450/two weeks ($35/day)
- $675/three weeks ($32/day)
- $800/month ($26/day)
- Students (College and University): 50% discount for those in need and
will be asked to work an additional 2 hours per day
Scholarships offered on individual basis.
